About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver effective and timely responses to service requests, resolving incidents and problems
- Manage the Technology service catalogue
- Building and deploying packages for installation, manages patching, troubleshoots end-user devices
- Conduct data analysis, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis to identify trends
- Develop and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships with teams
- Engage with users to understand and meet their needs
- Perform daily and weekly checks of all office-based technology equipment
- Coordinate and manage printer consumables and hardware maintenance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or relevant certifications
- Experience in level 1 and 2 IT support and ServiceNow will be valuable
- Australian C class driver’s license with ability to drive a manual vehicle
- A customer focused approach to providing end-user support
- Experience working with Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft O365, Microsoft Active Directory, and Intune are a bonus
- Experience working with Virtual meeting room hardware and related software(s) such as Zoom, Webex or MS Teams are a bonus
- Technical experience in the installation, configuration and support of end user equipment are a bonus
- Experience interacting with different lines of service and internal/external resolver groups
