About the role
- Deputy branch management responsible for the After Sales area (service and parts sales) of the branch
- Leading and developing the After Sales staff
- Managing and monitoring After Sales processes and standards, as well as cross-branch processes
- Responsible for achieving targets, sales and profitability
- Close collaboration with the Branch Sales Manager
Requirements
- Several years of professional and leadership experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills, decisiveness and a strong ability to execute
- Entrepreneurial mindset and commercial awareness
- Enthusiasm for the brands of the Volkswagen Group and Škoda
