About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contactar a clientes nuevos para ofrecer planes hogar trio, dúo, internet, cable y telefonía, además de otros productos de hogar de Claro
- Realizar ventas outbound de productos de telecomunicaciones para el hogar
- Trabajar de lunes a domingo con un día de descanso rotativo
- Completar capacitación de 9:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Con o sin experiencia en call center, ventas, retenciones, atención al cliente, entre otros
- Secundaria completa o estudios técnicos y/o universitarios en curso o culminados
- Conocimientos en Microsoft Office nivel usuario
- Disponibilidad para laborar en la sede de Santa Anita
- Orientación al cliente
