About the role
- Responsible for maximizing market potential in your sales territory
- Acquire new customers and advise them on technical matters
- Prepare quotations including cost calculations, process orders, and oversee order fulfillment
- Lead and supervise specialist site managers and senior on-site foremen
- Conduct end-to-end contract and order negotiations
- Monitor all construction phases through to final acceptance and invoicing
Requirements
- Completed technician or master craftsman qualification, or commercial training with a technical interest
- Knowledge and experience in interior fit-out
- Ideally, previous sales experience in the interior fit-out sector
- Confident user of standard MS Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
- Additional knowledge of iTWO is an advantage
