About the role

  • Take over and manage Business Units, including ongoing revenue and profit controlling and monthly reporting
  • Support and steer the commercial processes for the Business Units within your area of responsibility
  • Prepare quarterly reforecasts
  • Prepare the annual budgets and continuously monitor variances
  • Support the team lead in preparing the annual financial statements
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the Project Office
  • Maintain and further develop internal analyses and reporting
  • Prepare decision-making materials for management

Requirements

  • Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling, or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant experience
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented, while also being team-oriented
  • Committed, highly motivated, resilient and reliable
  • Analytical mindset, quick comprehension, flexibility and strong teamwork skills
  • Business-fluent German and good English, both spoken and written
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP systems in general; SAP knowledge is an advantage
