About the role
- Active coverage of the market in East Westphalia and North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) — with the goal of maintaining existing customer relationships and building new partnerships
- Development of tailored, sustainable solutions to optimize building automation, including energy management, and to reduce customers' CO₂ emissions
- Carrying out MSR (measurement, control and regulation) planning, analyzing customer requirements and preparing technical and commercial proposal concepts
- Obtaining relevant information on prices, materials and delivery times and coordinating closely with management for proposal preparation and costing
- Developing customer projects, leading order negotiations and supporting tender/award discussions
- Handing over the project to the responsible project management after successful completion
Requirements
- Completed vocational training with further qualification as a Master Craftsman / Technician (m/f/d) in electrical engineering, building services engineering (TGA) or automation — alternatively a relevant degree or several years of professional experience
- Experience in building automation / MSR, ideally with project management knowledge
- Good commercial understanding and knowledge of VOB, DIN and VDI
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and the motivation to continuously develop
