About the role

  • Coordinate a wide range of marketing activities aimed at increasing BG-Graspointner's brand awareness and international product sales (via print, social media, trade shows, newsletters, website, SEO & SEA, PR, etc.)
  • Manage graphic and other production by prioritizing tasks for designers, copywriters, and external agencies
  • Coordinate the graphic team, with a view to taking on a team leadership role
  • Work closely with the marketing leads of sister companies and with specialist departments
  • Support the Head of Marketing and contribute to selected projects and special topics within the BG Group
  • Prepare approvals and decision-making documents
  • Oversee translation activities using a professional software solution

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (apprenticeship) or secondary school leaving certificate (Matura); FH or university degree is also welcome
  • Experience as a team coordinator, team leader or in an assistant role is an advantage, preferably in marketing
  • Enjoy communication and organization combined with a strong service orientation
  • Excellent prioritization skills and an independent, structured way of working
  • Confident user of MS Office products; knowledge of CMS systems and newsletter tools is an advantage, with a willingness to learn new tools
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
