About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across the Retail Energy and Metering market
  • Grow strategic accounts while securing new client relationships and new logos
  • Own revenue growth and deliver agreed growth targets
  • Develop and execute BFY's go-to-market strategy across B2B Energy, Commercial Operations and Metering
  • Identify, shape and win complex consulting opportunities
  • Lead major commercial and operational transformation programmes from strategy through delivery
  • Bring together BFY expertise across operational transformation, billing, debt, customer operations, technology and AI-enabled transformation
  • Build BFY's market reputation through thought leadership, industry engagement and client advocacy
  • Coach and develop consulting teams while maintaining exceptional delivery standards
  • Deliver a portfolio of approximately £1–2.5m annual revenue through strategic account growth and new-logo acquisition while leading consulting teams and complex transformation programmes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Exceptional leader with deep expertise in B2B Energy, Commercial Operations and/or Metering
  • Recognised leader within the B2B Energy or Metering sector
  • Significant experience in B2B Energy, Commercial Operations and/or Metering; Consumer Energy experience advantageous
  • Strong strategic and commercial thinking
  • Ability to translate business strategy into operational transformation
  • Proven track record developing Executive and C-suite client relationships
  • Demonstrable success growing strategic accounts, winning new business and delivering revenue growth
  • Experience shaping and delivering complex transformation programmes across commercial, sales, customer operations or metering
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary consulting teams
  • Strong network across the UK energy sector and credibility as a trusted adviser
  • Collaborative leadership style and ability to bring together specialists
  • Must not require sponsorship or a visa to work in the UK
