About the role
- As Head of the Design Office, you will be a key player in product development and industrialization
- Manage the Design Office team, ensuring coordination and smooth execution of projects
- Define the organization and resources needed to introduce new products and develop the necessary tools
- Manage the design office’s workload/capacity balance
- Implement the tools required for product industrialization
- Design and put in place efficient industrialization processes
- Define and implement optimal manufacturing methods in collaboration with production teams
- Oversee prototyping and pre-production phases
- Supervise product transfers between different sites
- Deliver parts dedicated to special events on time and to the required quality standards
- Manage innovation projects by integrating new technologies and processes
Requirements
- Degree in industrial engineering, production management, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the leather goods or luxury sector
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Expertise in industrialization and prototyping
- Proficiency with production management tools (PDP, ERP)
