About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You coordinate our partners (e.g., payment service providers and distribution partners) and resolve issues independently
You work closely with Logistics and Customer Success and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
You free up the management team and take full ownership of operational matters
You bring structure when things become unclear and consistently drive initiatives to completion
You handle escalation cases and resolve them pragmatically

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Operations, Business Development, or a comparable role
You remain composed under pressure when handling multiple concurrent tasks
You work independently and do not require detailed step-by-step instructions
You see topics through to completion, even when they become difficult
You communicate clearly and can assertively follow up to get things done
You have a good sense for numbers and how things interrelate
You are eager to take responsibility rather than only executing tasks
