About the role
- Development and implementation of a modern, scalable Growth & GTM strategy from awareness to acquisition
- Connecting Marketing, Sales and GTM Engineering: you think holistically in funnels and orchestrate all touchpoints along the customer journey
- Building and managing a data-driven growth framework with clearly defined KPIs
- Ownership of Demand Generation, Marketing Ops and funnel optimization: you bring structure, automation and measurability to all channels
- Leading, coaching and developing Marketing and Sales teams with a focus on ownership, learning and continuous experimentation
- Strategic sparring partner for the executive team on the international rollout of wyn and the development of new business models
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Growth, GTM or Revenue leadership, ideally in a Tech, SaaS or FinTech environment
- Proven success in scalable customer acquisition, funnel optimization and revenue growth through data-driven initiatives
- Deep knowledge of modern GTM methods
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking: you prioritize by impact, measure success by company KPIs and share results transparently
- Experience with CRM, automation and analytics stacks
- Leadership qualities: you inspire, coach and provide structure without losing operational connection
- Very good German and English skills
