About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
- Support the development of communication, social, and self-help skills
- Collect and record session data as required
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Follow all physical and safety requirements specific to each client
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, teaching, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the service area
- Consistent availability Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (F-1 students seeking OPT paid opportunities are welcome)
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Completion of TB test, physical exam, and proof of vaccination
