About the role

  • Enable the development of beyonnex' Enterprise-IoT-Suite (bxSUITE) and services
  • Ensure a stable and scalable technological foundation
  • Drive a culture focusing on customer benefits through continuous improvement
  • Act in Team Coach and Agile Coach roles to support development teams
  • Foster effective work and enable self-organization within teams
  • Mediate conflicts and drive technical, business, and transformation excellence
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to resolve dependencies and enable information flow
  • Support the group-internal client with the enterprise coach as needed

Requirements

  • Initial experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
  • About to finish your studies in business psychology, project management or related fields
  • Courageous and open to new approaches and experiments
  • Curious and eager to continuously explore new knowledge on the job
  • Exemplifying the agile mindset and inspiring colleagues
  • Good communication skills in German and English (C1)
  • Enjoy networking
  • Knowledge of and initial practical experience with the Kanban method is ideal
