About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide maintenance and support for applications used by business teams;
- Perform analysis and investigation of incidents and operational issues;
- Monitor integrations and critical processes;
- Support internal users, managers and stakeholders in resolving requests;
- Execute database queries and data analysis to identify inconsistencies;
- Participate in knowledge transfer of existing processes;
- Propose improvements, automations and operational optimizations;
- Work closely with business areas to understand product flows and rules.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Python development;
- Knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis;
- Experience in systems maintenance and application support;
- Analytical skills for problem investigation;
- Good communication for interaction with business areas;
- Proactive profile with autonomy in problem resolution;
- Plus: Experience in the financial sector (differential).
