Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in backend development using Java and Python.
Experience developing, maintaining and evolving REST APIs and distributed architectures.
Knowledge of AWS, including serverless services such as Lambda and messaging services like SQS and SNS.
Experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure as code.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Experience with deployment, observability, troubleshooting and production support of cloud applications.
Experience with automated testing and software quality practices.
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with messaging, system integration and event-driven and microservices architectures.
Ability to work on fullstack tasks, making adjustments and enhancements to frontend applications when needed.
Experience with React, TypeScript or equivalent technologies for maintaining and evolving user interfaces.
Ability to translate functional specifications, user journeys, Figma designs and technical documentation into implementable solutions.
Modern development methodologies.
Experience with Spec-Driven Development.
Experience using Open Specs and development-oriented documentation.
Knowledge of Context Engineering for AI agents.
Experience with Skills, Steering Files and modern AI-assisted development workflows.
Familiarity with AI-supported software engineering methodologies and frameworks such as Kiro Specs, Claude Code Workflows, Cursor, Windsurf and equivalent approaches.
Ability to structure technical context for AI agents to improve productivity, quality and standardization of development.
