About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evangelize and engage development teams in the discipline of Observability.
Daily work with AWS cloud technologies.
Work daily to ensure the reliability and security of services.
Propose and build automated workflows that can be used at scale.
Increase environment resilience by ensuring improved performance, scalability, availability, quality, observability, and alerting.
Design, plan, and execute processes and/or technology solutions based on data, critical thinking, and attention to detail to support prioritization and decision-making.
Support and evolve observability platforms.
Actively participate in crisis and incident resolution.
Build processes and best practices to develop, promote, and advance the reliability vision.
Identify needs and understand security requirements for the continuous evolution of the product.
Monitor, develop, and manage the continuous delivery pipeline of the DevOps toolchain, promoting effective integration between tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Work alongside development teams on issues and improvements for the bank's services.
Good communication skills.
Passion for learning new skills that can drive the company's technology stack.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, SP.
Conceptual knowledge and experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Dynatrace).
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Advanced Linux skills.
Experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
Experience with Azure DevOps and pipeline development.
Knowledge of AWS.
Knowledge of algorithms and Python.
Experience with highly available, highly scalable production systems.
