Requirements

What you’ll need

Backend development with .NET (C#)
Interest in working on system maintenance/support and handling incident tickets
Solid understanding of programming logic and ability to read/analyze code
Experience or exposure to SQL Server, including writing basic queries
Reading and understanding existing stored procedures and queries
Ability to analyze issues, understand flows, and identify potential technical root causes
Resilient profile with good pressure management and the ability to prioritize tasks
Good communication skills to interact with the technical team and partner stakeholders
Willingness to learn and grow technically within the .NET ecosystem
