About the role

  • Lead the development of front-end applications using React and TypeScript with a focus on high performance.
  • Collaborate with design and backend teams to integrate solutions and deliver high-quality products.
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of the Design System and the implementation of microfrontends.
  • Perform optimizations and ensure application performance in production.

Requirements

  • Advanced expertise in React + TypeScript, including advanced hooks, composition patterns, render control and performance optimization
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), semantic HTML and modern CSS (CSS Modules, Styled Components, Tailwind or equivalent)
  • Experience with microfrontend architectures (Module Federation or equivalent), including building the shell/orchestrator, independent MFEs, inter-module communication, versioning, dependency isolation and independent deployment
  • Experience creating and evolving Design Systems, with reusable componentization, use of design tokens, visual/technical standardization and tools such as Storybook, as well as component governance
  • Experience in high-throughput, low-latency systems, addressing real production performance issues
  • Experience with frontend profiling and optimization using tools like Chrome DevTools and Lighthouse, and applying techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, list virtualization and bundle size reduction
  • Strong ability to evaluate and integrate JavaScript libraries, understanding trade-offs, adapting to context and avoiding unnecessary dependencies
  • Experience with building and delivering frontend applications, including CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), bundler configuration (Webpack/Vite) and versioning and independent deployment strategies
  • Nice-to-have: experience with portal/shell-based architecture, BFF (Backend for Frontend), frontend observability, feature flags and cloud (AWS/Azure)
