About the role
- Support the implementation and maintenance of SRE practices;
- Monitor the health of services using observability tools;
- Participate in incident response and perform post-incident analyses;
- Automate infrastructure and operations processes;
- Work with Architecture and Engineering to improve system resilience;
- Contribute to documentation and the dissemination of SRE culture.
Requirements
- Azure cloud administration (Virtual Machines, AKS, Blob Storage, VNet);
- Windows Server administration;
- IIS 8.5/10 and website configuration;
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps;
- Containers/Orchestration: Docker/AKS;
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog;
- Familiarity with NGINX, Cloudflare;
- Basic automation using Terraform, Ansible or scripting;
- Experience operating services, managing incidents and performing root cause analysis;
- Critical thinking, resilience, and the ability to work in dynamic environments;
- Availability to attend the office occasionally.
