About the role
- Connect technology talent to real, high-impact projects in healthy environments, with end-to-end professional growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with PMs, POs, and Tech Managers to identify appropriate technological solutions.
Requirements
- Participate in the design of new products and the evolution of existing products, supporting PMs, POs, and Tech Managers in identifying the best technology solutions to address business requirements;
- Apply defined standards, guides, and references, and provide governance over their adoption;
- Design technical specifications for proposed and agreed solutions;
- Create technical guidelines and reference architectures;
- Conduct proofs of concept (POCs) for technologies and approaches;
- Perform software selection according to the established process;
- Serve as a reference for technical leaders and other members of development teams;
- Organize and oversee technical teams to ensure the executed objectives align with the proposed goals;
- Develop and evolve the solution architecture;
- Assist in defining business processes and corporate initiatives aligned with the solution architecture;
- Support business strategy with solution architecture insights;
- Create and evolve reference architectures;
- Act as a consultant, translating and mapping business strategy into system strategies;
- Understand, model, and represent the organization's business requirements in a comprehensible way within the strategic context of Enterprise Architecture;
- Build modeling, graphical representations, and abstractions;
- Support the development of team members and the engineering team.
