About the role
- Oversee security for the Westlake Village Headquarters and support HR needs
- Operate Security System, monitor CCTV, and ensure building access system is operational
- Generate incident reports for all safety incidents and submit to FM
- Generate staff badges and maintain employee database (management-of-change)
- Monitor Server Room temperature and report anomalies immediately to FM
- Conduct periodic visual checks and regular patrols throughout facility
- Develop and update security protocol for Reception and train personnel
- Assist Facilities Manager with daily facility requirements and operations
- Ensure visitors are properly received and escorted by sponsors
- Ensure all safety and emergency equipment is in proper working order
- Assist HR with emergency drills and safety training to keep staff and facility secure
- Notify management promptly of any security or access problems
Requirements

- Monitor Server Room temperature and report anomalies to Facilities Manager

- Assist HR with emergency drills and safety training
- Deliver exceptional customer service to staff and support visitors
- Ability to work in-person 25 hours per week at Westlake Village, CA
- Temporary position; ability to work under general supervision
