About the role
- You proactively and creatively research potential new customers and establish the initial contact
- You analyze your customers' needs, guide them through the entire sales process, and develop the optimal solution for their corporate portraits
- You build and independently manage your own customer portfolio
- You establish the entire sales structure in Germany and are responsible for driving growth
- You challenge internal processes and proactively propose optimizations and efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Experience developing a market territory and ideally knowledge of international SaaS sales
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales and customer retention: you listen actively, ask targeted questions, and identify customer needs
- Initial experience in B2B customer service is essential
- Structured, independent, and organized working style
- High self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel to potential customers within Germany
