Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate fluently across both sides — TypeScript everywhere, React on the frontend, NestJS on the backend
  • Integrate LLMs into real customer-facing workflows
  • Raise the engineering bar through code reviews and mentorship

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep expertise in the TypeScript ecosystem and modern tooling
  • Clean, modular code that scales and is easy to test and maintain
  • Understanding who an ask is for, why it matters, and what problem they are actually trying to solve
  • Ability to differentiate between code that needs to survive five years and code that's a learning prototype
  • Serious about AI with experience in using Claude Code, Cursor, or a custom rig
  • Thrives in a startup environment where requirements evolve
  • Experience leading a new product from zero
  • Prior Staff-level (or equivalent) experience at a software company
  • Strong product instinct with examples
