About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and curate fashion capsules — own the quality and logic of every capsule, from concept to publication.
  • Prepare stylizations for catalog shoots — drive research and moodboard creation as a core part of the daily workflow, then remotely approve styling ahead of shoots.
  • Participate in content-product meetings — represent the fashion perspective and align content with product goals.
  • Optimize operational processes — build systems, templates, and SOPs to scale the team and improve quality.
  • Hire and train Fashion Content Assistants — onboard new team members, pass on quality standards and workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in fashion operations, styling coordination and assistance, or fashion content production.
  • Strong sense of fashion, trends, and visual quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and process-building skills — comfortable owning SOPs and cross-team workflows.
  • Experience as a stylist assistant/stylist, and background in fashion tech, is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, including AI image/style generation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable representing fashion priorities in cross-functional discussions.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and active tracking of trends.
