About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and scale a TikTok-first creator affiliate program
- Own creator acquisition, outreach, onboarding, activation, and ongoing collaboration with affiliates
- Create scalable workflows for outreach, onboarding, content briefing, reporting, and performance tracking
- Stay on top of TikTok trends to turn insights into actionable briefs
- Leverage AI tools for market research, segmentation, and process automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the affiliate direction with broader business goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and core metrics
- Hands-on experience working with TikTok as a channel
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven approach
- Strong project management and operational skills
- AI-first mindset
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
- Experience with influencer and affiliate marketing mechanics at scale is a plus
- Exposure to the U.S. market or U.S.-based creator ecosystem is a plus
- Experience with growth marketing in product or D2C companies is a plus
