About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Write and refine microcopy across the full app: onboarding flows, error messages, paywalls, success screens, empty states, notifications, and more.
- Collaborate directly with designers in Figma to address user needs and deliver seamless, intuitive experiences.
- Work with POs to understand product goals, user context, and flow logic and translate that into copy decisions.
- Apply insights from UX research and user testing to improve clarity and resonance of in-app language.
- Maintain and evolve our content style guide to keep voice, tone, and terminology consistent across the product.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience writing UX copy for digital products (mobile experience is a strong plus).
- Advanced English—both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of UX principles: flows, information hierarchy, user needs.
- Comfortable working in Figma.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, ask the right questions, and advocate for your ideas.
- A team player who takes shared ownership of outcomes.
- Comfortable using AI tools in a writing context.
- Nice to have: Portfolio or writing samples with your thinking process.
- Experience with A/B testing or data-informed copy decisions.
- Experience maintaining or contributing to a content style guide.
