About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source and communicate with models, production teams, and location partners.
Manage shoots end-to-end: from pre-production to on-set execution.
Create clear briefs for shoot participants and internal stakeholders.
Prepare references and mood boards for upcoming shoots.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ year of experience in production or shoot coordination
Proven experience running full-cycle shoots (China-based)
Confident English (Upper-Intermediate+) and fluent Ukrainian
Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets & Docs to keep everything structured
Sharp research skills: finding the right people, locations, and vendors fast
Strong communicator who can align teams and keep things moving
Proactive and hands-on — you take ownership and get things done
Working proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Strong visual taste with a keen eye for social media trends is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Notion and basic knowledge of Figma is a plus.
