Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and grow BetterMe's affiliate direction on TikTok
  • Build and refine the affiliate model
  • Analyze affiliate and campaign performance
  • Drive outreach, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration with creators and affiliates
  • Stay on top of TikTok trends and content formats
  • Leverage AI tools across daily workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with influence, creative, content, and analytics teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or influencer/affiliate marketing
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and core metrics
  • Strong ownership and business mindset
  • Hands-on experience working with TikTok as a channel
  • Understanding of TikTok and UGC content
  • Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach
  • Project management and operational skills
  • AI-first mindset
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms, or influencer marketing infrastructure (will be a plus)
  • Understanding of influencer & affiliate marketing (will be a plus)
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer products (will be a plus)
  • Exposure to the US market or US-based creator ecosystem (will be a plus)
  • Experience with growth marketing in product or D2C companies (will be a plus)
