About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute, manage, and optimize large-scale advertising campaigns across Google Ads
- Develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies focused on performance and scalability
- Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and business impact
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and proactively drive improvements based on data insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to improve campaign efficiency and performance
- Optimize and automate routine processes to improve operational effectiveness and scalability
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis
- Proven experience working with high-budget performance marketing campaigns
- Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads, DV360, Bing Ads, or other paid acquisition channels will be a strong plus
- Intermediate+ level of English or higher
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Results-oriented mindset with strong business and performance focus
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives proactively
