About the role
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across production, supply, marketing, and finance teams;
- Optimize production, logistics, and related operational processes;
- Manage relationships with contractors and internal teams to execute operational tasks;
- Analyze product financial performance costs, profitability, and turnover and provide actionable recommendations;
- Support new product launches and market expansion by ensuring operational readiness.
Requirements
- Degree in management, operations, logistics, or a related field;
- 1+ year of experience in operations, analytics, logistics, or audit within FMCG or e-commerce environments;
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data, reports, and analytical tools;
- Understanding of unit economics and key performance metrics across all stages of the product lifecycle;
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (production, supply, QC, finance, etc.).
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
