About the role

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across production, supply, marketing, and finance teams;
  • Optimize production, logistics, and related operational processes;
  • Manage relationships with contractors and internal teams to execute operational tasks;
  • Analyze product financial performance costs, profitability, and turnover and provide actionable recommendations;
  • Support new product launches and market expansion by ensuring operational readiness.

Requirements

  • Degree in management, operations, logistics, or a related field;
  • 1+ year of experience in operations, analytics, logistics, or audit within FMCG or e-commerce environments;
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data, reports, and analytical tools;
  • Understanding of unit economics and key performance metrics across all stages of the product lifecycle;
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (production, supply, QC, finance, etc.).
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
