About the role
- Assist clients in selecting and booking cruises, ensuring travel preferences and budget are met.
- Provide expert knowledge on various cruise lines, itineraries, and destinations (focus on Caribbean islands).
- Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, payments, and special requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and travel regulations.
Requirements
- Must be 18 yrs of age.
- Authorized to work in the US or reside in one of these countries: Australia, Dominican Republic, Bahamas, Mexico, Costa Rica, United Kingdom, Cayman Islands, Aruba, Panama.
- Passion for cruising; significant personal cruise experience preferred (not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and organized; able to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Comfortable with technology and able to navigate booking systems and client management software.
- Entry Level experience acceptable.
