About the role
- Processing high volumes of Invoices.
- Dealing with Supplier queries.
- Building relationships with Business Owners and Buyers.
- Assisting with the preparation for Payment Runs.
- Performing creditor reconciliations.
- Ad-hoc duties and projects as they arise.
Requirements
- At least 1 years experience with AP process knowledge
- Experience with Oracle ERP and an understanding of Accounting and Finance
- Proficiency with MS office suite, especially Excel.
- Strong Communicator, both written and verbally.
- Relevant tertiary degree desired
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of stakeholders and customers.
- Ensures that decisions and actions have a positive, lasting impact by delivering solutions that exceed expectations, building trust, and fostering long-term relationships.
