About the role
- Support the delivery, optimization, and deployment of Intelligent Automation solutions in production
- Execute approved change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes for automation solutions
- Coordinate and perform deployments into production following established change management practices
- Support testing and validation activities in partnership with QA and testing specialists
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues for existing automations
- Implement targeted optimizations to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Assist with evaluating incoming change requests and bugs
- Maintain accurate documentation of changes, fixes, and deployment outcomes
- Communicate status updates, risks, and blockers clearly and proactively
- Follow established standards for version control, code quality, and deployment
Requirements
- 3–5 years in software development, automation, or optimization roles
- Hands-on experience with C#, Python, UiPath, Power Automate, and similar tools
- Working knowledge of version control (GitHub) and CI/CD concepts
- Experience supporting or executing production deployments
- Ability to troubleshoot automation failures and production defects
- Strong ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting Intelligent Automation or RPA solutions in production (preferred)
- Exposure to AI/ML tools or automation orchestration platforms (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery environments (preferred)
- Relevant automation or cloud certifications for AWS, UiPath, Databricks, Salesforce, or other (preferred)
