About the role
- Design, build and configure core automation solutions using UiPath software
- Assist in providing end-to-end results using a variety of automation tools or languages to provide the best results for our teams
- Play a key role in business process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business
- Manage maintenance for automation processes
- Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of any robotic automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required - assistance with error handling, exceptions, and debugging
- Build relationships and work closely with stakeholders across the business to be well positioned to identify future opportunities for process improvement and automation solutions
- Work closely with the relevant technology and product teams on program strategy and setup
- Distribute Intelligent Automation development knowledge throughout the business; lead and coach teams in other departments in developing Intelligent Automation processes that adhere to development standards and procedures
- Collaborate closely with automation teams at Flutter on emerging technologies and innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards in all automated processes, maintaining rigorous documentation and audit trails for all Intelligent Automation solutions developed
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an analytical and detail-oriented technology role
- Prior work experience and familiarity with Robotic Process Automation or Intelligent Automation software and systems preferred
- Experience with development/scripting skills in common languages such as Python, C#, VB, SQL
- Experience working with APIs
- Experience in using GitHub automation for CI/CD pipeline preferred
- Attention to detail and an analytical mind
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of ambiguity
- Adaptability to new systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
