About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Write engaging job descriptions and promote vacancies to attract top candidates.
- Actively source, engage, and deliver a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Screen applications, conduct HR interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Provide personalized, timely, and detailed feedback to candidates.
- Maintain a structured and up-to-date candidate database in the recruitment system.
- Own candidate-related activities end-to-end and act as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience focusing on IT, Product, Marketing, and Operations roles.
- Experience in global hiring and working with international candidates.
- A tech-savvy mindset—comfortable with new technologies and sourcing tools.
- Ability to leverage various sourcing strategies to find top talent.
- Strong HR interview skills and the ability to assess both soft and hard skills.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Excellent written communication in both Ukrainian and English.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal maturity—independent decision-making and a proactive approach.
- Nice to have: Experience recruiting sports analysts, bookmakers, or specialists in related fields.
