About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in information analysis, data collection, and sourcing (media monitoring, competitive intelligence, press review summaries, initial market assessments, etc.)
- Prepare working files (copy review, brand review, market analyses, …)
- Assist in preparing the agency's presentation materials (pitch decks, proposals to prospects, administrative and commercial documents, ...)
- Coordinate with the agency's different departments and manage logistics for pitch presentations, etc.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are pursuing a Master's-level degree (bac +5) (university, business school, humanities, communication/marketing)
- You have an interest in brands, their communications, and the creative world of advertising and marketing
- Organization and rigor guide your work; you can juggle multiple topics like a true conductor
- You know the art of persuasion and convincing
- French (and English) are fluent for you in both written and spoken forms
- You are creative and not afraid to step out of your comfort zone and test new experiences
- Ideally, you have prior agency experience
- You can develop strategic thinking and make recommendations to your team
