Requirements

What you’ll need

A diploma or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Technology or a related field is required
4 to 7 years of relevant experience in structural design, preferably in industrial or mining environments, is required
Knowledge of industry codes and regulations is desirable
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites applications
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high quality work
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainable design practices
Valid driver’s license
