About the role
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for international roles (customer service, sales, marketing, tech, etc.)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Use your creativity and networking skills to attract top multilingual talent
- Achieve your goals and earn attractive commissions for each successful hire
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or sales (BPO or international hiring experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English (other European languages are an advantage)
- Access to a computer, stable internet connection, and motivation to succeed remotely
