About the role
- Design site installation layouts and recommend appropriate equipment in collaboration with the estimator or site team
- Determine optimal construction methods and execution phasing according to the type of site/project
- Critically analyze the solutions shown in project drawings and baseline documents
- Prepare detailed schedules during the tender phase in collaboration with the estimator
- Monitor and regularly update construction execution schedules
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering (Construction)
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role within a general construction company and/or a methods office
- Proficiency with IT and planning tools (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of Lean principles is an asset
- Familiarity with BIM is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to anticipate
- Rigour, autonomy, and strong organisational skills
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for your proposals
