About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support National Guard Bureau Engineering Support Services for Air National Guard
  • Lead assigned basing Bed Down facility actions
  • Conduct Bed Down planning for weapon systems
  • Provide facility and infrastructure analysis for site surveys
  • Assist in Course of Action development and validation of facility costs
  • Model and analyze basing enterprise criteria
  • Prepare professional support documentation and participate in planning meetings
  • Lead, mentor, and train junior field staff while managing projects and timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific field
  • 10-15+ years of experience in facility planning, programming, and project management
  • At least 5 years of experience planning projects and programs for industrial and/or federal clients
  • Department of Defense facility programming or project management experience
  • Experience supporting Air Force or Air National Guard Civil Engineering programs is preferred
