About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a key point of contact for SAP within the warehouse environment
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to colleagues using SAP
- Troubleshoot system and process issues, escalating complex problems where required
- Support implementation and testing of SAP system changes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, system usage, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with warehouse, operations, and other business teams to resolve issues
- Train and coach colleagues on SAP processes and functionality
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly
- Produce and analyse relevant system and operational reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience using SAP within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Confidence supporting and training colleagues at different levels
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
- Ability to work Monday–Friday rotating shifts: 6:00am–2:30pm and 10:00am–6:30pm
