About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading product management efforts across the Relias portfolio of products
drive end-to-end execution of the product development lifecycle for our full suite of connected product capabilities
partner with the Technology and Content Development teams to determine software development delivery milestones
collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure all priorities are understood and considered
partner with Client Care to understand how customers get value from our solutions through instrumentation and direct feedback
Build and mentor a world-class product and design team

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of proven experience rapidly building and scaling product management teams
10+ years in a leadership position
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience working with SaaS technologies
Experience working cross-functionally, especially with marketing disciplines and sales initiatives
Healthcare experience
Specific domain knowledge of healthcare technologies (e.g., HCM, GRC, Quality)
