Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test and deploy robust, maintainable and readable software, applications, APIs and workflows — primarily using Java
Introduce industry standards and best practices and continuously simplify the existing software architecture
Work in Agile teams following Scrum methodology; participate in sprints, stand-ups and planning sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

More than 5 years of experience as a software engineer
Deep knowledge of object-oriented or functional programming with proven experience delivering production-grade systems in Java
Passion, discipline and commitment when making technical decisions
Strong critical-thinking mindset to challenge the status quo
Proficiency in Italian (preferred) and English
