About the role
- Project management of digitalization projects within our Service Center
- Project development and implementation for e.g. e-learning, ticketing systems and their integration
- Automations through increased digitalization of processes
- Digital enhancement of our systems
- Change management and support of the department's digital transformation
Requirements
- Degree in Business, HR, IT or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in HR project management, ideally with a focus on digitalization projects
- Several years of experience in operational HR areas, particularly HR administration and payroll; knowledge of wage and salary accounting, social security and payroll tax law, and employment law is desirable
- Strong IT affinity, high interest in digitalization topics and curiosity about AI; confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP HCM
- Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- High initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
