About the role
- Advise customers on technical questions and issues across the EMEA region
- Create and maintain product documentation
- Prepare for trade shows and staff exhibition booths
- Qualify customers with respect to target industries
- Deliver pre-prepared product training sessions for sales staff and customers in German and English
- Resolve outstanding technical questions arising from internal processing of product inquiries
Requirements
- Technical qualification in electrical engineering or a comparable field
- At least one year of professional experience in sales
- Good written and spoken English
- Confident, outgoing, and persuasive interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
