About the role
- Providing support to users in administration and production for IT inquiries
- Provisioning and administration of IT equipment — hardware and software
- Assisting with the administration of local and global networks
- Supporting the operation and further development of the IT infrastructure
- Participating in the deployment of new technologies
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) or (technical) high school diploma (Fachabitur/Abitur)
- Interest in technology and IT
- Good communication skills and a command of English
- Outgoing personality, perseverance, and willingness to learn
- Enjoys investigating root causes of problems and troubleshooting
