About the role
- First point of contact for our customers.
- Independent support of our corporate and private customers.
- Coordination of instructors.
- Answering telephone calls and maintaining the customer database.
- Management of mail, materials, certificates and invoices.
Requirements
- Background in business administration or tourism.
- Ideally experience in customer service or office administration.
- Strong communication skills and customer focus.
