• Prepare and assist in the review of federal, state, and local tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and individuals in the real estate sector
• Perform tax research and analysis on real estate transactions, including like-kind exchanges and partnership formations
• Assist in the preparation of partnership-specific calculations (e.g., 704(b) capital accounts, basis adjustments)
• Support due diligence and transaction structuring efforts for real estate investments
• Analyze partnership agreements to help identify key tax provisions
• Collaborate with managers and senior managers to meet client deadlines and expectations
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvements
