About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and lead portions of client engagements related to financial system implementations, accounting technology optimization, and managed accounting solutions.
Analyze client accounting processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and technology enhancements.
Assist with the configuration, implementation, and support of accounting systems and ERP platforms.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing operational support for financial software applications.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, workflows, and client procedures.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
Assist in the development of financial dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics solutions that provide clients with actionable business insights.
Review work performed by associates and provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members.
Communicate regularly with engagement teams and clients to ensure projects remain on schedule and deliverables meet quality standards.
Stay current on emerging accounting technologies, automation tools, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement in service delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.
Three (3) to Five (5) years of relevant professional experience in accounting, consulting, financial systems support, or technology implementation.
Experience working with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or data analytics platforms is preferred.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or relevant technology certifications are a plus but not required.
