About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and conducting qualitative expert surveys (interviews and questionnaire surveys) with stakeholders from academia, security authorities, and prevention practitioners.
Analyzing collected data using qualitative research methods.
Documenting project results and disseminating them within the consortium, at national and international conferences, and in practice.
Coordinating research activities with the consortium, facilitating professional exchange, and integrating data.
Reporting to the funders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are enrolled in a master’s program in a social science discipline with solid knowledge of radicalization and extremism.
You are familiar with qualitative data collection and analysis methods and have initial experience conducting and analyzing interviews and/or focus groups, as well as using MAXQDA (or comparable tools).
Experience with online surveys is an advantage.
Excellent German skills (C2) and very good English skills are essential.
Strong organizational and communication skills; reliable, with the ability to work both in a team and independently.
Proficient user of MS Office applications.
